      Job Summary: Manages all functions of a Garrett Popcorn Shop to create a fun and exciting experience for our Guests and Team Members while maintaining a clean and efficient atmosphere.  5+ years retail and/or food service management experience is preferred.  Attention to detail, critical thinking, ability to multitask, and a dynamic personality is a must.

      Duties and Responsibilities:
      •    Manages a staff of approximately 3 to 30 team members. Assigns, oversees and evaluates work. Recommends promotion, transfer, or termination of team members based on performance
      •    Poise to handle high stress and high volume operation
      •    Self starting with initiative and drive to accomplish tasks on a daily basis
      •    Flexible work schedules including opening and closing the Shop, working mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
      •    Creating a fun and welcoming experience for all Guests and Team Members

      •    Assisting and supervising all FOH procedures such as greeting, taking orders, production and packaging of orders, and farewells
      •    Conducting preshift meetings and Shop meetings on consistent basis
      •    Consistent maintenance of all areas of Shop including equipment
      •    Open and appropriate communication with all levels of Shop and Corporate Team Members
      •    Ability and stamina required to work 50+ hours per week while performing physically strenuous tasks such as standing for 10+ hours at a time and lifting 50 lbs.
