Yes. The Lost & Found is located in our Security Office located on the Upper Level, JCPenney wing near Center Court (down the hall across from Pottery Barn). The Lost & Found is open during all mall hours.

Our Lifestyle Cafe Food Court restrooms can be found on the Lower Level, JCPenney wing. Men's, women's and family restrooms are available.

Twelve Oaks gift cards are available in denominations from $20 to $500. The purchase fee is $2.50 per card. Twelve Oaks gift cards are valid at any of our fine restaurants, stores, or services who accept American Express, as well as any Taubman mall across the country. We accept cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. American Express Gift Cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, and $100 with service fees of $4, $5, and $6, respectively. Twelve Oaks gift cards and American Express gift cards are available at the Center Court Information Desk and the Information Desk on the lower level near Nordstrom. Corporate gift card orders can be placed in the Mall Management Office on Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Corporate checks will be accepted with proper identification. Yes, regular wheelchairs and electric scooters, single strollers, double strollers, and infant strollers are available at either Information Desk. A refundable deposit and identification are required for this free service. The most convenient location to pick up a stroller or wheelchair is at the Information Desk located near Nordstrom.
Valet parking is available for $5. Hours of operation for valet are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday. Valet is located between Nordstrom and Lord & Taylor with complimentary parking for those displaying a handicap permit.
The Lifestyle Cafe Food Court is located on the Lower Level, JCPenney wing. This beautiful space is perfect for getting a quick bite to eat or relaxing with a cup of coffee and visiting with friends! Enjoy Zoup, Mr. Pita, The Great Steak & Potato Company, Yeung's Lotus Express, Sbarro, Suki Hana, Taco Bell, Topz, Quiznos, and Haagen-Dazs.

We currently have three Automated Teller Cash Machines. They are located in the Lifestyle Cafe Food Court; on the Lower Level in the Macy's wing; and on the Upper Level near Max & Erma's.

Yes. We have more than 200 lockers available for $.50 per use. They are located at the Petland entrance on the Lower Level near Sears, across from Fine Touch Tailoring on the Upper Level near Sears, and at the Max & Erma's entrance near Upper Level JCPenney.

Where are your elevators?
There are three elevators. Two are on either end of Center Court and the other is near Lord & Tayor. Each department store also has an elevator inside their store.
Can I purchase a Gift Card online?
Yes. You may purchase a Gift Card online from Twelve Oaks' website. Click on the "Gift Card" link on the home page and read the instructions on how to order a Gift Card online.
Where is Ticketmaster located?
Ticketmaster, the world's leading ticket company, now has a retail location at the Twelve Oaks Center Court Information Desk. Shoppers can purchase tickets here and access event information to a wide range of venues and entertainment options including sports, music, theater, arts, and family shows.
Does Twelve Oaks have a walking program?
We are pleased to offer a program that we hope will be beneficial to your exercise plan.
As a participant in the program, you must register at the main Information Desk (located in Center Court) after 10 a.m. It is important that we have the proper information on file.
All entranceway doors open at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 9:00 a.m. on Sunday for participants in our Walking Program. The Lifestyle Cafe Food Court is opened first. Lockers are available at several entrances for your use. To operate a locker, simply place your belongings in it, insert $.50 and remove the key. All personal items should be stored in a locker.
We must ask your cooperation in order to maintain a safe environment in the common area of Twelve Oaks. Our maintenance crew arrives very early in the morning to clean the Center floors. If you are an early morning walker, and to ensure that you are walking in areas that are clean and dry, we request that you adhere to the following:
* No admittance prior to 8:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday. On Sunday, there will be no admittance before 9:00 a.m. Anyone in the building before those times will be escorted out.
* If you normally arrive at 8:00 a.m., begin your walking pattern on the Lower Level and continue to walk the Lower Level only, until 9:00 a.m.
* After 9:00 a.m., you may proceed to the Upper Level and use both levels throughout the balance of your walking program.
Twelve Oaks' personnel will be monitoring the Center areas prior to 9:00 a.m. If you are ever asked to remain on the Lower Level, please cooperate.
The Upper Level track is .72 miles and the Lower Level track is .69 miles. Each time you walk the complete mall, you have walked a total of 1.41 miles.

Do you have a Children's Play Area?
Yes. Twelve Oaks is proud to partner with St. John Providence Park Hospital, the sponsor of the Twelve Oaks Children's Play Area, which is located on the Lower Level in the Sears court. The newly refurbished play area features a health and wellness theme in which children can skip, frolic, and step along the ribbon of gauze to the mending Teddy. Healthy messages teach healthy lifestyle to even our youngest visitors! The Children's Play Area is just for kids 42 inches or less in height and under the age of six.
