  • Responsibilities will involve hiring, training, motivating and supervising staff with emphasis on exceptional customer service.  The Store Manager must enjoy working on the floor with customers as a role model, which is why a passion for women’s accessories and jewelry is essential for success in this role.  The Manager will also strive toward reaching annual goals of revenue, profitability, inventory turnover and shrinkage.  Will also maintain and follow guidelines for reports, inventory counts, audits, transfers, insurances.
