Twelve Oaks Mall is the dominant regional mall conveniently located at the intersection of three major highways, I-96, I-696 and I-275, at Novi and Twelve Mile roads in Novi, Michigan. With nearly 200 fine stores plus Nordstrom, Macy's, Lord & Taylor, JCPenney, and Sears, Twelve Oaks has been serving customers in the many affluent, fast-growing local communities since August 1977.

Mall Walkers: Doors open at 8 AM Mondays through Saturdays and 9 AM Sundays. Mall Walkers should use the Lifestyle Cafe Food Court entrance.
Holidays the Center will be closed:
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Easter Sunday.
For your convenience we have two Customer Service Centers.
The main Customer Service Center is located on the lower level, Center Court and the secondary Customer Service Center is conveniently located on the lower level near Nordstrom. Both Service Centers are staffed during all mall hours with representatives eager to assist you.

Twelve Oaks Gift Cards and American Express Gift Cards
Twelve Oaks gift cards are available in denominations from $20 to $500. The purchase fee is $2.50 per card. Twelve Oaks gift cards are valid at any of our fine restaurants, stores, or services who accept American Express, as well as any Taubman mall across the country. We accept cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. American Express Gift Cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, and $100 with service fees of $4, $5, and $6, respectively. We have single, double, infant seat, and infant seat/toddler combination strollers available on a first come, first served basis for a $1 and $5 refundable deposit (cash only).
Wheelchair Rental
Wheelchairs and Electric Scooters are available for a $10 refundable deposit (cash only) on a first come, first served basis.
Lost & Found
Lost or found items can be reported to a Security Officer or Customer Service Representative.
